Singal was formerly a management consultant/analyst at McKinsey & Co, consulting architect at McDonald's, and project leader at The World Bank. 
Singal's impressive accomplishments include her authorship of HOW TO SURVIVE THE BOSS, published by HarperCollins Publishers, and her role on the Board of Sigachi Industries Limited.
