Tim Nortz , SPHR

Tim Nortz is a versatile and creative business leader with a focus on Human Resources and Change Management Consulting. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from Ohio University, he has dedicated his career to helping organizations develop meaningful working relationships, assemble and retain talented team mates, and create a culture of trust and inclusivity.

Prior to his current position as an HR and Business Consultant, he has held several leadership roles in various organizations including as the Director of Human Resources and People Operations at Quantum Spatial and as the Director of Human Resources at WSI. He has also worked in program coordination at the U.S. Forest Service and as the Manager of Cascade Science School at OMSI.

Throughout his career, Nortz has demonstrated an ability to maintain a sense of calm during chaotic times and the diligence to work on unique and challenging organizational initiatives to the benefit of all stakeholders.
