Niamh Hegarty

Niamh Hegarty is a well-educated and accomplished business leader, with extensive experience in the field of human resources. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, she attended Loreto College St. Stephens Green for high school before going on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from University College Dublin. This was followed by an MBA in Business from Trinity College Dublin.

Niamh has worked for several notable organizations throughout her career, including GE Money and Dunnes Stores, where she served as an Assistant Manager and Store Manager, respectively. She spent a significant part of her career with BP International Ltd., where she held numerous senior positions such as HR Director of Downstream Functions & GBS, VP of HR CFO and GBS, and HR Director of COO (IT&S, IP & GBS). Her work at BP culminated in her being named Reinvent BP People Transition Lead.

Currently, Niamh is the Vice President of People & Culture Castrol at bp, where she is responsible for managing employee relations, performance, and development across multiple business units. Her contributions to the company have been widely recognized, and she continues to be a respected figure in the field of human resources.
