Stacy Osorio is a talented professional with a passion for technology and customer success. With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Web Development from Curry College, Stacy is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Business Management as a Junior at Queen Mary, University of London.

Stacy has a wealth of professional experience in the tech industry, including roles as a Manager of Customer Success, Senior Technical Customer Success Manager - Team Lead, North America, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Technical Account Manager at Branch, a mobile linking platform. Stacy also spent time as a Solutions Architect / Mobile Engagement Consultant and Sales Engineer at Localytics, and as a Mutimedia Marketing and Web Content Intern at Mini Pops Inc.

In addition to her full-time roles, Stacy has served as an IT Help Desk Technician at the Boston Symphony Orchestra and a Paraprofessional at C.T. Plunkett Elementary School. She has also held several internships and teaching assistant roles, including Web Developer + Intern at East Coast Catalyst, Web Administrative Intern for Institutional Advancement at Curry College, and IT Dept. Teaching Assistant at Curry College.
