Scott Davenport

Scott Davenport is an accomplished and experienced Solutions Architect with a background in both Information Technology and Sales Engineering. He has studied towards a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has gone on to hold various positions at successful tech organizations. He began as a break-fix technician for a small IT shop where he was in charge of overseeing the headquarters' move and was later appointed to research moving the company’s sales funnel from paper to structured data. He became a self-taught web developer and ventured into Sales Engineering at Good Technology in 2004, where he has held nearly every SE position, including management. After leaving in 2009 following the company’s acquisition, Scott returned in 2010 to help customers formulate strategies for bringing Android and iOS devices in-house. In June 2012, he started a team of Solutions Architects, where they tackle the most challenging tasks within and outside the company to provide solutions every day. He is known for being part of the success of bringing these devices in-house and working worldwide to ensure SE has the best tools and processes for success. Scott is the VP Operations and Engineering at Pinpoint and previously held positions at Axway and Appcelerator before acquisition.
