Sandford “Sandy” Boyce is a highly experienced executive search professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He brings a strong work ethic and hands-on approach to recruiting strategic executives and senior leaders to global organizations. Sandy has a broad-based experience working across a variety of industry verticals including consumer, retail, private equity, technology, and energy. He is a trusted advisor to clients for recruiting boards, C-suite, sales, marketing, operations, finance, purchasing, development, IT, plant operations, HR, and engineering in North America and the Middle East. Sandy studied Finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining Focus Search Partners, he worked as a Managing Director for Taylor Winfield and as a Partner and Managing Director at Acertitude & O’Neill Consulting Group, both retained executive search firms. Sandy was also a Vice President at Pearson Partners, another retained executive search firm, and the owner and founder of Lax World Ohio, a specialty lacrosse retail store in Columbus, Ohio. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys staying active playing tennis, golf, and a range of other athletic and community activities with his wife, Natalie, and their two young sons. He currently serves on the board of SMU Athletic Forum and was on the St. Phillip’s School and Community Center board.
