Byron Payumo, a seasoned IT Engineer with expertise in network and server specialization and over a decade of experience in the industry. He currently holds the position of Senior IT Engineer - Network and Server Specialist at Aerocom Technology, where he is responsible for monitoring client systems, implementing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting client infrastructure and applications.

Byron's professional experience includes providing superior technical support and recording all client requests and issues to the ticketing system 'Naverisk.' He is proficient in handling Microsoft servers, including Hyper V, building, extending, and maintaining a virtual server environment. Additionally, Byron is well-versed in managing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, email filtering systems, backup software, and Kaspersky servers.

Before joining the Aerocom Technology team, Byron held multiple key positions, including IT Supervisor at SupportNinja, Apprentice Supervisor at [24]7 Customer Phil, and Senior Network Services Engineer at [24]7 Inc. Furthermore, he has experience working with MEKENI FOOD CORPORATION.

Byron graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Holy Angel University.
