Burak Gurhan

Burak Gurhan is a professional consultant hydrogeologist with extensive expertise in groundwater flow and aquifer characterization, including designing and installing monitoring wells and conducting aquifer tests. He is highly skilled in pit slope optimization studies, 3D numerical modeling, horizontal drain performance evaluation, and slope pressure monitoring designs.

Burak's professional background encompasses not only geological issues but also proficiency in GIS, geological seismic modeling, data generation, spatial analysis, and model generation using remote sensing and GIS applications. He also has hands-on experience in noise modeling and has been engaged in international projects focusing on environmental and feasibility studies related to dams, pipelines, landfills, and mining projects.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Ankara Üniversitesi and has a background in Süleyman Demirel Anadolu Lisesi. Burak has previously worked as a Consultant Hydrogeologist at SRK Consulting and held positions as a GIS Specialist & Geological Engineer at Golder Associates and Encon Environmental Consultancy.
