David Lipson

David Lipson is a distinguished water expert with an extensive academic background and a wealth of professional experience.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Science (MS) in Hydrogeology from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Environmental Science from State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geology from State University of New York College at Cortland.

In his career, David has held various key roles, including serving as the Principal Hydrogeologist at HRS Water Consultants, Inc., an Adjunct Professor at Colorado School of Mines, and as an Owner at Hydro Science + Engineering.

He has also contributed his expertise as a Technical Expert in Hydrogeology at ARCADIS, an Associate Hydrogeologist at Blasland, Bouck & Lee, Inc., and as a Senior Hydrogeologist at Environmental Products & Services, Inc.
