It operates independently as stand alone resource provider and as an outreach organization to churches and individuals dealing with difficult life issues.• Placed FBH products in over 500 retail accounts including LifeWay Christian Stores, Family Christian Stores, and Mardel.• Formed strategic partnership with best-selling author Dr. Gary Smalley to develop DVD-based products for Christian Retail.• Formed alliances with national organizations to promote FBH message and products.• Obtained national accreditation through numerous accrediting bodies for FBH continuing education products.

Providing strategic direction and leadership for this creative media production company, recruiting and developing key team members, and working to change the established business model from service-based to service/product-based.A few things I did there:• Created comprehensive business plans exhibiting overall vision, business model, strategy and implementation, and financial data. Secured over $2MM in operating capital.• Recruited and managed key leadership including fifteen direct reports.   • Helped maintain relationships with clients such as Wal-Mart, Kraft, Cobb-Vantress, Hilti, The Learning Channel (TLC) and Clarke American.• Identified and developed high-potential team members by challenging them to learn new skill sets.

- Rendering Manager for You Are Special - The Animated Story by Max Lucado.• Collaborated with art directors and animators from Disney, Sony, and Nintendo.• Streamlined the rendering process to increase throughput and ensure that the production made it to market on schedule.• Daily cross-functional collaboration with 5 departments (Animation, Modeling, Technical Direction, Compositing, Editing).• Restructured and managed the render farm consisting of 16 machines.• Eliminated a 30-day backlog of shots that resulted in a finished production ahead of schedule.• Film was in the top 15% of childrens’ video sales upon release.
