Bryan Mummaw

Bryan Mummaw is a senior executive in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Director at NorthMarq's Las Vegas and Phoenix regional offices.2 He joined NorthMarq in January 2020 as Senior Vice President in their Phoenix office.14

In his role at NorthMarq, Mummaw specializes in originating debt and equity for owners of multifamily and commercial real estate.2 His expertise spans both financing and investment sales, allowing him to provide comprehensive guidance to clients throughout the entire transaction process.2

Prior to joining NorthMarq, Mummaw held several notable positions in the industry:

1. Director at Berkadia's Mortgage Banking Group, where he focused on sourcing debt and equity for private capital clients.12
2. Associate Director at Hendricks & Partners (later acquired by Berkadia), where he advised clients on multifamily assets and sold over $100 million in multifamily properties.2
3. Director of Operations at Fenix Private Capital Group, a boutique real estate firm specializing in distressed multifamily assets and notes.12

Mummaw has a strong track record of success in the industry. While at Berkadia from 2017 to 2019, he was part of a team that originated more than $2.9 billion in real estate transactions.2 His performance at NorthMarq has also been noteworthy, as he was recognized by ConnectCRE with a Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders award in 2022.3
