He currently holds the position of Professor in the Health Services Organization unit within the Department of Public Health at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp (ITM). Previously, he has contributed his expertise as a Visiting Researcher at the School of Public Health at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town and as a Post-doctoral Researcher at the ITM.
