Bruce Evans is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur known for founding Evans Capital in 2019, a private investment fund specializing in angel, seed, and early-stage venture capital investments primarily in the technology and healthcare sectors, with a focus on businesses in the eastern United States.

With a strong background in venture capital and growth equity, Bruce Evans has been associated with Summit Partners since 1986, where he currently holds the position of Senior Advisor. He previously served as the Chairman of Summit Partners Board of Managers and was a Co-Managing Partner/Executive Committee member.

Bruce Evans boasts an impressive portfolio of directorships, having served on the boards of 35 companies, including 14 public companies. He has been recognized in the Forbes Midas list multiple times and has been actively involved in industry organizations such as the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). He is credited as the founder of the NVCA's Growth Equity Group.
