Bruce Bowen

Bruce Bowen is a senior executive with a background in leading large financial service companies across various international markets.

In 2017, Bruce founded Rock Capital Partners, aiming to be a leading Capital Partner for entrepreneurs and investors in the Caribbean Basin, supporting Caribbean businesses and assisting investors in generating superior returns.

In 2018, he established ADVANTAQ, a technology-enabled managed service business geared towards providing regional financial institutions with advanced technology solutions to enhance their operations and efficiency.

With over 23 years of experience in diverse markets, Bruce led Scotiabank's operations across 20+ Caribbean countries, serving as a CEO of publicly listed companies and a U.S. regulated bank, establishing himself as a respected leader and trusted advisor in the region.

Bruce's educational background includes programs at institutions such as the Niagara Institute, Wilfrid Laurier University, Western University, and Harvard Business School, focused on leadership development, business administration, and executive education.

He currently holds the positions of Founder and CEO at ADVANTAQ and has previously served as Founder and Managing Partner at Rock Capital Partners, as well as Senior Vice President, Caribbean at Scotiabank's International Banking division.
