Brooke Hallowell, Ph.D., is the Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.135 She assumed this role on January 2, 2018.1 With over 25 years of higher education and healthcare leadership experience in both large public and small private institutions, Hallowell is a seasoned academic leader.4
