Brock M.S.E. is a renowned process improvement leader with a diverse set of skills and expertise in Lean applied to various industries such as Finance, Agile/IT/Software Development, Product Development, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), certified Lean coach, and Certified Lean Product Developer. He is also an instructor, consultant, author, and speaker with a passion for research. He was part of the team that built Denver Health becoming the first healthcare delivery organization to win the coveted Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence. Brock was also an Associate Vice President (AVP) at Baylor Scott & White Health, where he played a vital role in deploying a holistic Lean approach throughout the 13-hospital, 13,000 employee system.
