•	Assisted with the creation of a new system that changed the way project teams engage our department

Worked as an over the phone technical support Tier 1 advisor for the Computers and Wireless Multimedia departments.  Performed troubleshooting on Mac computers and Mac OS X software, as well as wireless/wired networking and Apple TVs.  Started as a part-time “college” advisor and was promoted to a full-time advisor upon graduating from ASU.

Responsibilities included cleaning halls, bathrooms, and theatres, selling goods in the concession stand, selling tickets and answering phones in the box office, and directing people to the correct theatre at the door.
