Binh-An Dang is a seasoned management generalist with an international mindset and experience in top management consulting. Passionate about creating social impact and entrepreneurship, Dang has demonstrated her dedication to change for the better through her work in various organizations. She holds a master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.

Dang's professional experience includes serving as Global Business Development Manager at WOW Tech Group, where she prioritized global partnerships, sales growth and innovation. Previously, Dang was the Director of Government Affairs for Asia and Australia at Siemens, where she worked to influence public policy and regulations for the company's benefit. Dang also worked as a Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting and as an Intern for Financial Systems Development at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. During her work at The Boston Consulting Group and w&p Wilde & Partner Public Relations GmbH, she served as Marketing Assistant and PR Team Assistant, respectively.
