Client caseload included individual therapy with young children, adolescents, young and older adults, in addition to couples, and families. Client concerns were typically related to anxiety and/or depression symptom improvement, bipolar symptom management, school transition and adjustment, parenting skill development, PTSD, adolescent self-harming behavior including eating disorder concerns, and improved couple and family relationship functioning. Therapeutic interventions were predominately informed by CBT, but also incorporated skills from Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt, and Gottman when appropriate.
