Currently a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Mural, Brinn previously held a similar position at Even before its acquisition by Walmart & Ribbit Capital.

Throughout Brinn's career, a strong focus has been on company operations, establishing business rhythms, setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), strategic planning, and effective Board Management.

Leading a team of 45+ professionals covering operations, strategy, and analytics, Brinn has also successfully managed sales and partnerships teams in prior roles.

Brinn's expertise extends to M&A diligence, deal negotiations, strategic partnerships, particularly in the fintech sector encompassing co-branding and partnerships, as well as operational strategies from 0-1 Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to scaled operations.

Education-wise, Brinn pursued a B.A. in Art at Lewis & Clark College, adding a creative dimension to a solid business acumen.
