Bridgett Massengill

Bridgett Massengill is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to enhancing the well-being of communities.

She holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Planning and Development from East Tennessee State University.

Throughout her career, Bridgett has held key leadership roles including President and CEO at Thrive Regional Partnership, where she continues to drive community-driven initiatives.

Prior to her role at Thrive, she served as the Executive Director of Thrive 2055 at Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, showcasing her dedication to community prosperity.

Additionally, Bridgett has a background in consulting as the Principal Consultant at Massengill Consulting, and experience in leadership positions such as Executive Director at Johnson City Development Authority and Legislative Budget Analysis Specialist at Tennessee General Assembly.
