Anca Scaesteanu

Anca Scaesteanu is a multidisciplinary engineer with a focus on customer analytics, quality management, and pricing. Holding both US and EU citizenship, Anca has an unrestricted right to work in both countries. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Anca has also studied various advanced certificates in areas such as sustainable building management and low-impact development.

Anca's professional experience includes working as an Energy Engineer and Advisor for Franklin Energy Services, and as a Civil Engineer I (EIT) for Black & Veatch. Additionally, she has served in leadership positions such as Membership Committee Chair for Engineers Without Borders - Puget Sound Professionals. Anca is also a former Ecommerce & Merchandise Coordinator at NARN, where she worked to improve the overall customer experience of the organization.

Anca's educational pursuits include studying Coursera.org certificates for Introduction to Marketing and Foundations of Business Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business respectively. Additionally, she completed the Business Foundations program at Smartly School of Business, and studied Green Building at INEX Green Building Solutions through the Vienna Summer University in Austria.
