Currently serving as the Operational Oversight Manager at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Bridget oversees the BlueCare Tennessee Operational Oversight teams, which handle LTSS Compliance and Reporting, state audit support, program integrity oversight, and report development for government contracts.

Prior to her current role, Bridget gained valuable experience in patient care as an Exercise Physiologist, focusing on outpatient physical therapy, cardiac stress testing, and customized return to work programs.
