Brian Wallach is an attorney, ALS patient, and the co-founder of I AM ALS, a patient-centric movement dedicated to finding a cure for ALS. His journey began after being diagnosed with ALS in November 2017. Aside from his role at I AM ALS, Wallach worked as an associate at the renowned law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Prior to that, he served as an assistant United States attorney in the Northern District of Illinois and held a senior vetting counsel position in the Obama White House, overseeing the vetting process for Senate-confirmed executive branch appointees and presidential appointments.
