Neil Toomey

Neil Toomey is a highly accomplished attorney with a diverse background in law and education. He earned his J.D. from NYU School of Law and his B.A. from Yale University. Toomey has worked for various organizations, including Gunderson Dettmer, AltSchool, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and Success Academy Charter Schools. His legal career began at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he worked as an associate and gained experience in corporate law. He joined Gunderson Dettmer as an associate and later became a partner, representing startups and venture capitalists in various industries. Toomey also served as Associate General Counsel for AltSchool and helped the company expand its educational offerings. Before entering the legal profession, Toomey worked for Success Academy Charter Schools as an Operations Associate, where he spearheaded various initiatives to improve student outcomes.
