Brian Patrick Tan is a seasoned professional in urban development and smart cities, well-known for his expertise in master planning and infrastructure projects. He has worked with various organizations like Keppel Infrastructure, The Centre for Liveable Cities, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA). Brian has over ten years of experience in the industry, starting his career as a planner in URA, where he oversaw master planning for the East region of Singapore. His passion for urban planning led him to bring Singapore's development expertise overseas, working in the Middle East.

He holds a bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore. As Deputy Director at the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), he matches startups with corporates for co-innovation, the networking of international startup ecosystem enablers, and growing startups through market access programs. Brian is also a URA Singapore City Gallery volunteer docent and a licensed tourist guide by STB, serving as a Professional Fellow by the US State Department as part of the Young South East Asian Leadership Initiative.
