Brian Romaine

Brian Romaine is an accomplished human resources professional turned management consultant, with a focus on empowering and guiding entrepreneurs to elevate their business. With a degree in Business Psychology from Palo Alto University, Brian is currently pursuing his MBA at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University, where he actively serves as a Fund Representative for the Willamette Angel Fund.

Brian's professional journey has been diverse, starting as an intern at the Yale University School of Medicine and working for companies such as Samsung NEXT, Talend, and Brennan Martin Pugh & Associates. He has also held positions as an Energy Advisor, Marketing Consultant, Secretary to the De Anza Associated Student Body, and many others. Throughout his career, Brian has developed a particular passion for employee advocacy, recruitment, and retention. His unique blend of skills in people management and entrepreneurialism make him an undeniable asset to the companies and founders he works with.
