Brian O'Sullivan

Brian O'Sullivan is the founder and President of The O'Sullivan Group, Inc., which he established in February 1999. The company specializes in providing managed care and provider business development services primarily to healthcare providers, including Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid plans for network development needs. O'Sullivan's vision for the firm was to deliver high-quality service and expertise comparable to that enjoyed by Fortune 1000 companies, making it accessible to both large and small organizations in the healthcare sector.12

With over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry, O'Sullivan has held various roles, including Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Managed Care for integrated hospital and physician organizations. His areas of expertise encompass managed care contracting, payer relations, business development, and physician relations, among others. He is recognized for his skills in communication, negotiation, and solution-oriented approaches.1

O'Sullivan is actively involved in several professional associations, including the Arizona Health Care Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He also serves on the boards of various organizations, such as FSL (formerly Foundation for Senior Living) and the Catholic Community Foundation.13 He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and an MBA, and he has been married since 1990 with four daughters.1
