Brian O'Connor is a seasoned entrepreneur, educator, and private equity expert with a strong background in finance and business management. He currently serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of NextGen Growth Partners, a reputable lower-middle market private equity firm. In addition to his role at NextGen, Brian is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the prestigious University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
