Brian Miller is a highly accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in end-user technology and support. His passion for technology led him to study Computer Information Technology - Networking at Columbus State Community College and earn a bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs / Advertising from The Ohio State University. Brian started his career as an IT Support/Customs Broker at DHL and quickly worked his way up to become a Supervisor of Desktop Support. Later, he was promoted to Manager of Support & Delivery, where he managed a team responsible for the delivery of IT services to end-users. He moved on to become the Manager of End-User Technology at NetJets, where he supported the IT needs of executives and high-net-worth individuals. Then, he became the Enterprise Systems Manager, responsible for the operation and support of several key systems at NetJets. Brian is currently the Manager of End User Services at Veeva Systems, where he leads a team of IT professionals, ensuring that employees have the technology resources they need to achieve their goals.
