Stephen Caruso is a highly accomplished business manager with extensive experience in the financial services industry. With a proven track record of mobilizing cross-functional support teams and utilizing technology to optimize organizational effectiveness, Caruso boasts a well-rounded skill set that includes strategic planning, project management, communications and vendor relations.

Caruso is an alumnus of Lafayette College where he studied AB in Economics and Business. Throughout his career, he has held several senior positions in renowned financial institutions including UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He served as the Senior Vice President - COO of Global Banking and Markets Human Resources at Bank of America, and as Director at UBS, where he led multiple teams covering regulatory advisory, grants management, employee engagement and the Office of the COO.
