Mason's appointment comes at a time of transition for CEMA, which was acquired by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) in late 2020.13 His extensive experience in the events industry and familiarity with CEMA as a longtime member and former Advisory Board member make him well-suited for this leadership role.2
