* Account Management – Ensure that all aspects of all sponsorship agreements are met. Includes handling merchandising, signage, radio inventory, parking, tickets, giveaways, print advertising, retail promotions, in-park promotions, hospitality, community relations efforts, and special events. This includes working with our partners to put together retail promotions and leveraging co-branded advertising outside of SunTrust Park and maximizing partner ticket links and ticket promotions.
* Employee Management – Responsible for overseeing a staff of six individuals and one trainee. This includes managing schedules, approving timesheets, preparing goals and overseeing employee evaluations.
* Partner Hospitality – Responsible for planning and executing many first-class partner events each year (Spring Training Trip To Orlando for 225+, Hall of Fame Trips to Cooperstown, NY, Opening Day Party, Partner Golf Tournament, BP Event, Movie Night, etc.). Responsible for the management of our luxury suite nights and partner gifts. Premium Partner events including fly-away trips, Spring Training Trips, game watching parties, etc. 
* Premium Partnerships - Work closely with the Director of Premium Partnerships on the overall experience for our members in The Truist Club, Delta Sky360 Club & The Infiniti Club.  Areas of concentration include valet parking, gate entry, staffing, overall F&B experience, club member benefits, etc.
