Brian Hartwell

Brian Hartwell, commonly known as Hart, is a prominent Silicon Valley veteran who has spent much of his professional career building and leading sales teams for some of the world’s most successful technology companies. From his early days at Data Domain to his latest role as VP of Worldwide Partner Sales at Snowflake, Hart has a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with global 2000 and top 1000 cloud and SaaS providers.
With substantive experience leading global field sales team strategy and execution investment, Brian is an expert in penetrating global markets and developing ecosystem programs leveraging cloud services providers, hardware manufacturers, independent software vendors, global systems integrators, and service providers.
Hartwell has an impressive educational background, having graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from North Carolina State University and a Doctor of Law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. After graduation, he went on to clerk for the Honorable Robert H. Hodges Jr. at the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Some of his prior executive sales leadership roles include VP of Alliances at Rubrik and VP Worldwide Sales – Alliances at Nimble Storage, where he played a significant role in the company's successful IPO in 2013 and the $1.2 billion acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2017, respectively. In his most recent role as VP Worldwide Channel Sales at OpsRamp, Hart developed, executed, and accelerated worldwide sales routes-to-market and go-to-market revenue expansion pathways with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, OEM, GSI, RSI, VAR+MSP, and Technology Alliance Partners.
