Brian Gladsden

Brian Gladsden is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.12 He previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Member of the Worldwide Leadership Team at Novartis Oncology, where he was responsible for global commercialization and strategy for the portfolio.12 During his 15-year tenure at Novartis, Gladsden served in various leadership roles, including country CEO, and led cancer therapeutic development and commercial launches across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.12
Prior to his time at Novartis, Gladsden spent 5 years with Bayer AG.12 Most recently, he served as the CEO of Mosaic Therapeutics, an oncology therapeutics company, from April 2023 to November 2024.134 In November 2024, Gladsden joined Moderna in a new role.34
