Contribute to the profitable growth of the company by creating or significantly improving several customer-facing systems that support our omnichannel initiatives.  The primary system focus includes:  Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Service Cloud (SFSC), Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Loyalty integrations, along with Manhattan AO, Oracle XStore POS, and Tulip (clienteling). Critical member of the Digital Commerce team, helping to bring focus creating and improve our Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, POS, App, loyalty, and CRM integrations. Work jointly with Digital, Marketing and Retail Store team members to improve the digital customer experience across all channels. Lead team of six in establishing alignment with Product Management organization. Oversee execution of projects related to user experience enhancement.

•	Led UI/UX responsibilities to drive diverse team of UI/UX designers, developers, and Product team members to create user centric software (which powers nation’s largest health systems and physician groups in collectively managing care of >40M Americans).
•	Project-managed key company initiatives (e.g., Scheduler, Utilization Management) on Aerial Platform. 
•	As delegate for Client Experience (CX) to Medecision’s Advisory Council to optimize client-specific UI/UX by improving technologies (e.g., Bots, AI, etc.), processes, and client web interactions.
•	Embraced “mobile first” approach with focus on content and direct, iterative input from target audiences.
•	Fostered UI Center of Excellence as center point for all development teams to reference and implement new product deliverables and offerings. Formed Radial’s first coded Design System following Design Thinking methodologies to ensure development teams had UI Center of Excellence as reference for every omnichannel Product. 

•	Drove product development and QA automation for Store Fulfillment product, a major Revenue generator for large branded accounts including Toys ‘R’ Us, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, and DSW. Created Prototyping Interfaces and Wireframes for on-site Usability testing for Urban Outfitters and Sports Authority. 
•	Led 10 professionals on two different Agile teams for UI redesign of VendorNet Store Fulfillment application serving ~140+ clients (used REST API’s built within ASP.NET 5, MVC 6 framework).
•	Managed multifaceted Scrum/Agile team across multiple locations and continents that included Designers, Developers, Software Quality Assurance, and Business Leads. Designed UI architecture to provide responsive support for desktop, mobile and tablet breakpoints using Bootstrap.js.
•	Provided hands-on Architecture direction and guidance around UI objectives and deliverables. Ensured that UI and usability design best practices were incorporated into final Information Architectural Documents.
•	Facilitated budgeting and planning for yearly road map activities with Finance to ensure compliance with approved quarterly budgets

Lead a team of web developers, both on-shore and off-shore, on a diverse set of projects which span across several of our platforms.  Projects were run in an Agile/Scrum environment, and included a wide variety of web development technologies and implementations (ex. PayPal implementations, Checkout Process Inline Erroring, iPad checkout modifications, and Web Performance tools to name  a few).  It was necessary for Brian to play a secondary role of architect in order to determine the best way of implementing these projects within our legacy platforms.

U.S. Patent Application Serial No.: PCT/US2012/054433, filed March 2012. – This invention employs jQuery, HTML, and CSS to create a front-end animated bar for use within our clients product pages.  EZ Bar button actions (eg. Add2Cart) are directly bound to the button Events on the parent form.  The EZ Bar has potential to create additional product conversion with incremental revenue gain for every client.  eBay will hold the patent with my name listed as Inventor.  Current patent is located on store.irobot.com and sony.com product pages.
•	Senior UI developer providing e-commerce solutions for large and small retail partners (Sports Authority, Calvin Klein, ToysRUs, + 57 others).

Web Developer Lead

•	Software lead responsible for front-end development/creation of web sites and solutions for client sites.  Utilized web technology tools to produce JSP/JAVA utilizing Spring framework, HTML/CSS and JavaScript (Prototype/JQuery) web content.  Integrated AJAX components to enhance the communication of dynamic components between a proprietary Database Structure which contains individual store information.  Backend Unix platform for sandbox development utilizing Subversion/CVS repositories.

Provided technical leadership on development, integration, and architecture of collaborative software for intranet group. Used web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Perl, AJAX, and Java) to build employee Web Portal infrastructure, connecting to PeopleSoft and DB2 database components. 

•	Served as Chief Architect for development and maintenance of Content Management System (Interwoven Teamsite) which utilized Perl, XML/XSL, and proprietary languages and was accessed daily to publish articles and information for Vanguard web portal. Used CMS to build first enterprise-wide IT Navigator platform.
•	Developed unit test cases in compliance with SDLC processes through testing phases and into production. 
•	Integrated IBM Websphere Portal which used IBM’s RAD 6.0 development tool to create JSR168 compliant JAVA portlets for use within portal environment.
