Brian Cohen

Brian Cohen is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and technology business leader with a proven track record of success. He has a remarkable ability to identify and leverage emerging technology markets while providing outstanding employee growth and delivering strong shareholder value. He has extensive experience in business development, M&A, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Brian attended the University of Florida where he pursued a BA degree. He has held several top-level positions in various organizations, including Travel, Golf and Wine. Additionally, Brian served as the CEO at StrataCloud and as a member of the board of directors at QASymphony. He also held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard, including Vice President Americas Enterprise Group Strategy and Operations, Vice President, Enterprise Sales Planning and Strategy, and 2009 Clean Energy Fellow at New England Clean Energy Council.

Furthermore, he acted as Chairman of the Board at Lancope, which is now part of Cisco, and served as President & CEO at Steelbox Networks. At Hewlett-Packard, he was the Former CEO, SPI Dynamics, and Vice President, Strategic Relations, eSoft. Additionally, he spent several years at Technologic, Inc., where he served as President and CEO. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems and Vice President at Dun and Bradstreet Software (Formerly MSA).
