Pam Washburn

Pam Washburn is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, sales, and operations departments in various companies, from large enterprises to start-ups. She is a strategic and tactical leader with expertise in developing high-performing teams, setting direction, and contributing to top-line growth. Pam has a proven track record of building relationships and networks, being a skilled marketer and business developer, and delivering long-term wins for organizations and clients.

Pam studied at Mount Holyoke College and Stanford Continuing Studies and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She has held senior leadership positions in a wide range of organizations, including Cooley LLP, eProsper, Bay Area Private Equity Firm, and HP New Ventures. At HP, she held various roles, including Director of Worldwide Internet Business Development, Global Sales Development Manager, and Marketing Manager. Pam was instrumental in introducing one of her companies to its strategic partner, which ultimately resulted in its acquisition.
