Prior to his role at PrimeSport, he served as the Associate Athletic Director for External Operations and Executive Director of Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, showcasing his commitment to sports and athletic administration.

His tenure at University of Miami saw him in various roles such as Assistant Athletic Director for Development, Director of Development in Athletics, highlighting his versatile skill set.

Brian's dedication to promoting athletics is evident from his experience as Director of Special Projects, Clubs, and Events at NC State Student Aid Association (Wolfpack Club) and as an Assistant Director at the same organization.
