Brent's career spans various roles in the culinary industry, starting from his early days as a Commis Chef at Momofuku Ko to his current position as the Founder of Harvey's Cheese. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in different culinary settings, including positions as an Executive Chef, Corporate Research and Development Chef, National Director of Culinary, and more.
