Brendan Ryan is currently serving as the Co-Head of the Raymond James Technology & Services Investment Banking group. With over 18 years of experience in the field, Brendan has been involved in over 110 M&A transactions dealing with various transaction types such as strategic sales, private equity recapitalizations, public company divestitures, public company hostile defense, acquisitions, and debt recapitalizations. His expertise and network within the Technology & Services industry are extensive.

Brendan Ryan pursued his MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, after completing his studies at Bowdoin College and Hotchkiss.

Throughout his career, Brendan has held significant positions such as Co-Head Technology & Services, Investment Banking, Managing Director, Senior Vice President at Raymond James Financial, Inc., Vice President at Lane Berry & Co, and Associate at Landmark Partners.
