Brandon Roth

Brandon Roth is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in capital markets advisory.4 He recently joined Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap, as Managing Director in their Palo Alto, California office.1

Prior to his current role, Roth's career included:

• Senior Director at HFF from September 2012 to July 2019 (6 years 11 months)2
• Principal at Lakebrook Capital, specializing in capital markets and arranging various types of debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions12

Roth has extensive experience in debt and equity placement for properties across the country, having raised nearly $10 billion in capital for sponsors.2 His expertise spans multiple asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, life science, retail, self-storage, and build-to-rent communities.2
