Brandon McWilliams

Brandon McWilliams, a certified Clifton Strengthsfinder coach based in Lincoln, Nebraska, specializes in guiding teams and individuals to harness their innate tendencies for enhanced productivity.

With a background in psychology, Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University, Nebraska, and has pursued further education at both the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Peru State College.

His passion for empowering others is evident in his role as a Strengthsfinder coach at Lincoln Lighthouse, a local non-profit dedicated to assisting youth aged 12-18 in recognizing and cultivating their strengths.

Throughout his career, Brandon has held various impactful positions, including serving as an Executive director at Men With Dreams, an IFP Family Partner at CEDARS, and a DSP at Integrated life choices.

Currently, Brandon operates Brandon McWilliams Coaching, where he imparts his expertise in strengths coaching to propel individuals and teams towards achieving their full potential.
