Brandon Jeon is the Co-Founder and Head of Quality Engineering at Sendbird, a leading conversations platform for mobile apps.

He has over 20 years of experience in internet executive roles, technical sales, product management, project management, information security, and engineering.

Brandon started programming at the age of 9 and developed Korea's first game portal, game.korea.com, at 21. He holds a patent in electric digital data processing used in smartpens.

Brandon's educational background includes a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Korea University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. He also studied at Y Combinator.

Throughout his career, Brandon has held various positions such as Head of Trust and Safety, Recruitment Manager, Head of Sales, and Product Manager at Sendbird. Additionally, he was a Product Manager at GREE, Inc., Director at Paprika Lab, Inc., Software Team Lead at NeoLAB Convergence Inc., Game Programmer at NeoLAB Japan and NEOWIZ GAMES Corp., Assistant Manager at Reakosys Inc., Research Engineer at Turbotek, and CTO and Co-Founder at nTechVill.
