Known for his adept communication skills, Brandon has fostered strong relationships with institutional investors and corporate executives. His track record showcases proficiency in operational strategy, effective cross-team communication, and adept leadership within the mining sector.

Brandon completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology at Lakehead University, providing him with a solid foundation in earth sciences. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, with Distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School.

Throughout his career, Brandon Gaspar has assumed various roles in reputable organizations, adding diverse experiences to his professional portfolio. He served as a Senior Research Associate at Sprott Capital Partners, where he honed his analytical skills and market insights. Prior to this, Brandon held the position of Equity Research Associate specializing in Mining & Metals at BMO Capital Markets, gaining valuable expertise in the financial aspects of the mining industry. Brandon also had hands-on experience in the field, having worked as a Production Coordinator in Operations as well as a Lead Production Geologist at Goldcorp. His journey in the mining sector began as a Geologist in Training, where he gained practical knowledge and skills during his summer tenures at Goldcorp.
