Bradley Kolb's career has been highlighted by a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having held key leadership positions across several notable organizations. Bradley has operated in chief roles including CEO, CFO, and Board of Director Member. He has successfully led departments including Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering & Test, Quality, and Operations. Bradley has helmed operations globally, positioning him strategically to understand crucial regions and markets at a high level.

Bradley has involved in P&L responsibility at both Sanmina Corp and nScaled, Inc. He made significant progress at Apple, where he was responsible for several billion dollars in expenditures and delivered cost savings of over $400 million annually. Moreover, Bradley has turned around the profitability of companies like Avanex and nScaled, in which he improved manufacturing gross margins from 2% to 32% within 24 months, positioning the company for a successful sale.

Merger & Acquisitions is also an area of Bradley's strength in the tech industry. He was brought in by venture capitalists at nScaled to improve the financial performance of the early-stage DRaaS startup, looking to sell the company within one year. Bradley met with prospective acquirers and delivered presentations of the company. Furthermore, Bradley completed due diligence analysis for three mergers/acquisitions during his time at Proxim Inc. He reduced cost and eliminated headcount by consolidating functions, and successfully transitioned operations from in-house manufacturing to full turnkey contract manufacturing.
