    Bradford Peaston, also known as Brad Peaston, is the Associate Director for Clients and Markets and Co-Head for Online Executive Education at Said Business School, University of Oxford. In his role, Brad leads the strategic direction of marketing, business development, and enterprise sales functions.

    Bradford manages a variety of collaborations, alliances, and partnerships at a significant scale, working closely with global EdTech partners like 2U GetSmarter and Esme Learning. Under his leadership, the online portfolio at Said Business School has seen exceptional growth year on year, with over 100% increase in commercial growth, program expansion, and financial performance.

    Working in collaboration with EdTech partners, faculty, alumni ambassadors, and industry experts, Brad is instrumental in market testing, designing, commercializing, and launching new online executive education programs globally. His exceptional relationship-building skills have expanded the reach of research and education by fostering partnerships with member associations and global networks.

    Previously, Brad spearheaded the creation and commercialization of the world's first social impact finance executive education programs, offering insights into impact investing, impact measurement, and social finance.

    A key contributor to the digital strategy at the business school, Brad is actively involved in the school's digital transformation agenda and is leading the establishment of the rapidly growing eLumni community, enhancing the school's customer lifetime value proposition.

    Bradford Peaston holds a diverse educational background, including a Business Communications Diploma, Information Technology and Information Systems Management studies, BA Honours in Business Leadership and Management, a Foundation Degree in Business Leadership and Management, and additional leadership training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

    With an extensive career at Said Business School, University of Oxford, Brad has held various roles including Business Development Manager for Impact Finance, Business Development and Digital Advisor, and Business Development Officer. He also has experience in Information Technology roles at the University of Oxford.

    Prior to his academic career, Brad gained experience as a Lifeguard at No Limits Watersports and the City of Vancouver, and worked as an ESL Tutor and Literacy Tutor with the Vancouver School Board.
