IE (Industrial Engineering): Involving producing reports detailing effectiveness of load quality and cube utilization at the HUB (local facility)/ Trailer level. Developed reporting tool in MS Access (CURT - Cube Utilization Reporting Tool) to significantly reduce low value effort required for creating daily reporting (from approximately one hour for creating report to approximately 17 minutes creating report). Modified existing corporate software (HAPS) to implement Live Cube Utilization Reporting (LIVE CURT).  The implementation of LIVE CURT has already shown an increase of cube utilization to 75% or greater across mutiple "full" trailers while not decreasing the number of trailers that are estimated as being "full". Live CURT has been launched at 3 HUBS and has resulted in ROAVA achieving 1st in the nation in Cube Utilization twice in the last 7 months.
IPLD (Internal Package Level Detail) : Involving verifying scanning equipment ready for use by outbound loaders, as well as confirming all package flow plans are executed at a HUB level. Also involves producing daily reports for senior management regarding PT Belt Supervisor compliance with corporate protocols related to provided electronic equipment.

I used my experience in Social Media/Social Marketing by participating in the Social Media Catalyst Team, which was tasked by the Novartis Executive Committee to develop a strategic plan for Novartis with regards to Social Media. I was also an unofficial digital evangelist with our internal customer relationship marketing teams.
