Brad Hammond

Brad Hammond is the Chief Executive Officer of NetRoadshow, Inc., as well as Apparity, LLC. He has been instrumental in leading the company since its inception in 1997, when it became one of the first to receive a "No-Action Letter" from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, allowing for digital roadshows in the investment banking sector.12 Under his leadership, NetRoadshow has expanded its offerings significantly, including the acquisition of Apparity in 2012 to enhance its software capabilities.
Before founding NetRoadshow, Hammond worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney (Citigroup), and he spent over a decade in Silicon Valley with Intel and Amdahl Corporation, focusing on business development and management.1 He holds a double major in Economics and English Literature from Vanderbilt University.1
Recently, under Hammond's guidance, NetRoadshow has achieved notable milestones, such as reaching 200 clients for its pre-deal research platform and integrating generative AI capabilities into its services to improve efficiency for investors.23
