Boyce Wilson is a highly experienced emergency management and homeland security professional. With 10 years of experience in the field, Boyce has a rich background in tactical communications, emergency medical response, and incident management. He began his career as a Tactical Communications Network Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, where he served with the 4th Marine Expeditionary Unit – Antiterrorism Task Force.

After serving in the Marine Corps, Boyce went on to obtain a Texas Department of State Health Services Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification, which led to his tenure as an emergency responder, where he actively responded to medical and trauma calls, assisted with local planning efforts, and oversaw billing and logistical operations for Rural Hill EMS. Boyce is a highly decorated professional with a proven track record of success in various emergency response and management roles.

Boyce is also a highly accomplished academic, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Administration and Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Leadership with an Emphasis on Disaster Preparedness and Fire Leadership.

Boyce specializes in government liaison, network development and management, emergency management, planning, project management, facility safety, regional coordination, volunteer management, training development and delivery, and program management. He is a trained Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program practitioner, CERT Master Instructor in the State of Texas, Certified Type III All-Hazards Communications Unit Leader, All-Hazards Communication Unit Leader Instructor, Incident Command Systems Instructor, Traffic Incident Management System Instructor and holds numerous other certifications.

In 2013, Boyce was recognized as one of 18 Champions of Change by President Obama. With his wide range of expertise, Boyce is a highly sought-after professional in the emergency management and homeland security field.
